True story:

My husband asked, “Why haven’t you written in your blog?”

My answer was simple. “I haven’t felt as chipper or adventurous. I started the blog on the basis of adventure and I can’t just change horses in mid-stream, so I just stopped writing.”

After such a comment, he took me down memory lane and recounted the past year. It was an amazing tale of exciting events, adventures, new places, strange happenings, and a lot of funny stories. As guilt swelled in my tummy, I realized that it was my mindset that lost that “adventure” and not my life. So, as a tribute to him, I promise to write again.
